Gold prices were down by Rs 86 to Rs 30,960 per 10 grams in futures trade Wednesday as speculators reduced exposure despite a firm trend in the precious metal overseas. At the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold for delivery in far-month February traded lower by Rs 86, or 0.28 per cent, to Rs 30,960 per 10 grams in a business turnover of 11 lots.
